Job summary

Lou Malnati's Pizzeria is hiring a Server to help make customers’ meals memorable, handling orders, cashouts, and keeping the dining experience upbeat even during busy times. As a Server at Lou Malnati's Pizzeria, you’ll make our customer’s meal memorable whether they’re celebrating a life milestone or craving the best pizza in town (maybe both). You’ll roll up your sleeves and help out wherever you can, whether the machines are down, or the salad needs a refill. We’re all working toward one goal: making sure our customers can’t wait to come back. To be a great server at Lou’s, you have to love the rush, work through the downtime, and stay calm when things go wrong.

Here’s what you can expect on a typical day as a Server at Lou Malnati’s

• Start with side work. What needs to be done? You’ll do that to make sure your shift runs smoothly.
• Serving customers and having fun while you’re at it, whether it’s taking orders, cashing out checks, or whatever else they need.
• Taking on new duties and doing whatever is needed. You’ll learn by doing.
• Flexible hours that work with your life and growth opportunities for people who work hard to help the whole team succeed.

Requirements

• Enjoys working on a team in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication, listening, and time management skills
• Ability to stand approximately 90% of the workday and freely access all areas of the locations
• Be able to lift/move up to 50lbs.
• Endure in various physical activities like reaching, bending, kneeling, climbing, and moving about the facility
• Follow directions and create respectable menu items
• Must be 18+ years of age*
• Must be 21+ years of age*

Compensation

• Tipped Minimum Wage: $9.00/ hour*
