Job summary

Atria Senior Living is seeking friendly waitstaff to support dining services. You will help set and clear tables, take orders, and ensure residents receive excellent service with attention to detail.

No prior experience is required as comprehensive on-the-job training is provided. Benefits include holidays, PTO, health and retirement plans, and opportunities for career advancement in a supportive environment.

• Clear verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Set and clear tables, take residents' dining orders, and provide high-level service.
• Review menus with residents and explain dining options.
• Assist with preparation, delivery, and cleanup of meals and events.
• Foster strong teamwork with colleagues and positive relationships with residents.
• Clean and sanitize dining room surfaces and equipment.

What You Will Do As a Waitstaff

• Set and clear tables, take residents' dining orders, and provide the highest level of customer service.
• Review menus with residents and acquaint new residents with dining at Atria.
• Assist with the preparation, delivery, and cleanup of daily meals, banquets, and special events.
• Create a strong sense of teamwork with your colleagues and positive relationships with residents.
• Clean and sanitize carpet, tables, chairs, condiment containers, and equipment used in the dining room.
