2. Deliver food promptly, maintain safety and sanitation standards, and assist guests as needed.
3. Understand menu items, ingredients, and accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies.
4. Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure correct order delivery and special requests.
5. Provide excellent communication, remain flexible, and handle guest and staff interactions professionally.
6. Handle tickets and cash transactions properly.
7. Maintain a clean, safe environment and confidentiality.
8. Address complaints promptly and relay issues to supervisors.
9. Set up and clean dining areas, operate equipment, and assist with special events.
