We are hiring immediately for part-time WAITER/WAITRESS positions.

Location: Granville Inn - 314 East Broadway, Granville, OH 43023. Note: online applications accepted only.

Requirement: Previous server experience is required.

Job Summary: Takes food and beverage orders and delivers items efficiently to dining guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Promptly and warmly greet guests; take food and beverage orders following established steps of service.
2. Deliver food promptly and professionally; maintain food safety and sanitation standards; assist with guest needs.
3. Understand menu items and ingredients; advise guests; accommodate requests and note preferences; be aware of dietary restrictions and allergens.
4. Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure correct order delivery and special requests.
5. Exhibit excellent communication skills and teamwork; remain flexible and patient.
6. Handle tickets and cash procedures properly.
7. Maintain a clean, safe environment for guests.
8. Respect confidentiality regarding personal or medical information.
9. Address complaints promptly and relay issues to supervisors.
10. Set up and clean dining areas before and after service, meeting sanitation standards.
11. Operate equipment like fire extinguishers, telephones, beverage machines, and coffee makers.
12. Collaborate with other departments during special events.
13. Perform additional duties as assigned.
