We are hiring immediately for part-time WAITER/WAITRESS positions at the Granville Inn, located at 314 East Broadway, Granville, OH 43023. Online applications are accepted only.

Schedule: Part-time, including evenings and weekends; specific hours vary and will be discussed during the interview.

Requirement: Previous server experience is required.

Pay Rate: $5.35 per hour. Internal Employee Referral Bonus available.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Greet guests warmly and take food and beverage orders following established service steps.
2. Deliver food promptly, maintain sanitation standards, and assist guests with needs or requests.
3. Understand menu items, advise guests on food and drink pairings, and accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies.
4. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and special requests.
5. Handle cash and operate equipment such as coffee machines and ice tea dispensers.
6. Maintain cleanliness and safety in the dining area and ensure proper setup before and after service.
7. Address guest complaints promptly and relay issues to supervisors.
8. Collaborate with other departments during special events and perform other duties as assigned.
