Morrison Living is hiring immediately for part-time WAITER/WAITRESS positions.

Location and Schedule

• Location: Unbridled Living (formerly the Terrace) - 1408 Business 70 West, Columbia, MO 65202. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Part-time; days and hours may vary; more details upon interview.
• Requirement: Willing to train!
• Pay Range: $14.50 - $15.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Takes food and beverage orders and delivers items efficiently to dining room guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, take food and beverage orders following established service steps.
• Deliver food promptly, maintain safe food handling and sanitation standards, and assist guests as needed.
• Understand menu items and ingredients; advise guests on food and drink pairings; accommodate dietary requests.
• Communicate with back-of-the-house staff to ensure correct order delivery and special requests.
• Exhibit strong communication skills, remain flexible and patient with guests and staff.
• Handle tickets and cash transactions properly.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for guests.
• Respect confidentiality of personal and medical information.
• Address complaints promptly and report to supervisors.
• Set up and clean the dining area, adhering to sanitation standards.
• Operate equipment such as fire extinguishers, telephones, and coffee machines.
• Collaborate with other departments during special events.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
