Location & Schedule

• Location: Silver Hill Hospital - 208 Valley Road, Fairfield, CT 06825
• Schedule: Full-time; days and hours may vary. More details upon interview.

Requirements & Compensation

• Prior food service experience preferred.
• Pay Range: $17.00 - $17.50 per hour.

Job Summary

Take food and beverage orders and deliver items efficiently to guests, ensuring excellent service and safety standards.

Essential Duties

1. Greet guests warmly; take and deliver orders following established procedures.
2. Maintain sanitation standards; follow up on guest needs.
3. Understand menu items; advise guests; accommodate dietary needs and allergies.
4. Coordinate with kitchen staff for accurate order delivery.
5. Communicate effectively with guests and team members.
6. Handle tickets and cash procedures properly.
7. Keep the dining area clean and safe.
8. Respect confidentiality of guest information.
9. Address complaints promptly and relay issues to management.
10. Set up and clean dining areas before and after service.
11. Operate equipment like coffee machines and soup wells.
12. Assist during special events as needed.
13. Perform additional duties as assigned.
