Job summary

The Mansion at Rosemont, a premier Life Plan Community on the Main Line, is hiring a part-time Server. The role offers evening hours (4:00 PM–7:30 PM) with work on select weekdays, every other weekend, and every other holiday, in Bryn Mawr, PA.

Prior customer service and dining room experience are valued, with seniors experience preferred. Benefits include health/dental/vision, PTO, 401(k) with employer match, HSA, tuition assistance, cell plan stipend, and an employee assistance program.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience is required.
• Previous food service, fast‑food, or restaurant experience preferred.
• Experience working with seniors is a plus.

• Set up, clear, clean, and reset dining room areas.
• Take menu orders and serve meals promptly and graciously.

Job Details

Part‑time; $15.00–$16.50 per hour; 4:00 PM – 7:30 PM; variable weekdays, every other weekend, and every other holiday.

Responsibilities

The waitstaff/server’s day‑to‑day duties include setting up, clearing, cleaning, and resetting the dining room, taking menu orders, serving meals promptly and graciously, and providing quality customer service to residents and guests.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience
• Prior food service, fast‑food, or restaurant experience
• Prior experience working with seniors (preferred)
• Food Handler’s or ServSafe certification (preferred)
• Availability that might include evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Teens are welcome to apply (local regulations/restrictions may apply)
