Job summary

The Village in Indianola, IA is seeking an experienced Part-Time Wait Staff to join our culinary team. You will greet guests, take food and beverage orders, and help deliver meals to residents with care.

This role emphasizes creating a welcoming dining experience, presenting food attractively, and building relationships with residents. Weekend availability is required, and we offer a supportive, team‑oriented environment with opportunities for personal growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in wait staff or dining service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests and taking food & beverage orders.
• Delivering food from kitchen to dining area.
• Creating a dining experience which supports residents' nutritional wellness goals.
• Ensuring food is presented in an appealing and healthy manner.
• Building meaningful relationships with residents.
• Performing shift duties such as delivering racks of cups, rolling silverware, bussing tables and more.

We are currently seeking an experienced Part-Time Wait Staffto become part of our culinary team. As our Wait Staff, you will:

• Greeting guests and taking food & beverage orders
• Deliver food from kitchen to dining area
• Create a dining experience which allows each of our residents the opportunity to achieve their personal nutritional wellness goals
• Assure food is presented in a manner that is appealing as well as healthy
• Build meaningful relationships with our residents
• Performing shift duties like delivering racks of cups, rolling silverware, bussing tables and more
