Job summary

WesleyLife is seeking a CNA to support residents at Village in Indianola. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor health, and provide companionship in a caring, team-driven environment.

This is a 1st shift full-time role with 12-hour shifts on site in Indianola, IA. The position includes shift differentials, a comprehensive benefits package including health, vision, dental, and a 401(k), plus tuition and scholarship support, wellness center access, and voluntary coverage options.

As a CNA, you’ll play a key role in supporting the health, happiness, and daily experience of the residents at Village in Indianola .

As a CNA, you will:

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and passing medications.
• Provide emotional support and companionship, fostering a positive and engaging environment.
• Conduct routine health monitoring, such as checking vital signs and administering medications.
• Facilitate resident participation in recreational and therapeutic activities.
• Ensure a clean and safe environment by adhering to infection control protocols.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care.
• 1st shift Full- Time, 12 hour shift

Qualifications:

• Shift Differentials: 2nd Shift-$3.00/hr, 3rd Shift-$4.00/hr and Weekends-$1/hr
