Job Title: Wait Staff Associate

Morrison Healthcare is hiring immediately for a Wait Staff Associate position at Inova Fairfax Medical Campus, Falls Church, VA. Online applications are accepted only.

Schedule: Full-time, 4:30 pm - 8:30 pm, varied days, alternating weekends.

Requirements: 1 year of food service experience.

Perks: $750 sign-on bonus paid out at 90 and 180 days.

Pay Range: $15.35/hour.

Job Summary

Responsible for delivering patient trays, retrieving trays, and delivering floor stock, ensuring compliance with dietary restrictions and patient needs.

Essential Responsibilities

• Deliver patient trays accurately and timely.
• Follow dietary restrictions and special diets.
• Deliver floor stock to unit pantries.
• Complete necessary logs and documentation.
• Communicate patient food issues to Food & Nutrition Services.
• Coordinate with Nursing regarding patient nutrition and unit needs.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA policies.
• Follow health, sanitation, and safety regulations, including HACCP and MSDS guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment.
• Perform other assigned tasks.

Qualifications

• Ability to occasionally lift/move up to 50 pounds.
