• Maintain dining room, cafeteria, and kitchen cleanliness and organization.
• Collaborate with wait staff and kitchen to ensure smooth meal service.
• Support safety protocols and elopement prevention practices.
• Foster a warm, collaborative atmosphere with residents, families, and staff.

What Youll Do

• Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system considering residents dietary needs and restrictions


• Ensure timely delivery of orders and check in regularly to guarantee resident satisfaction during meal service


• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Dining Room Caf and Kitchen areas throughout shifts


• Collaborate with the Wait Staff and Kitchen team to provide smooth and efficient meal service for all residents


• Support safety protocols emergency plans and elopement prevention practices


• Foster a warm collaborative atmosphere with residents families and team members

Qualifications

• Customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and courteously with residents and team members


• Ability to follow dietary guidelines and pay close attention to residents allergies restrictions and preferences
