Job summary

Carlton Senior Living in Davis, CA is seeking a friendly Wait Staff member to provide exceptional dining experiences for residents.

You will take orders, ensure timely service, maintain dining room cleanliness, work with kitchen staff, and support safety protocols while creating a warm, caring environment for our community.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills with residents and team members.
• Ability to follow dietary guidelines and pay attention to allergies, restrictions and preferences.

Responsibilities

• Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system, considering residents' dietary needs and restrictions.
• Ensure timely delivery of orders and check in regularly to guarantee resident satisfaction during meal service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Dining Room, Café, and Kitchen areas throughout shifts.
• Collaborate with the Wait Staff and Kitchen team to provide smooth and efficient meal service for all residents.
• Support safety protocols, emergency plans, and elopement prevention practices.
• Foster a warm, collaborative atmosphere with residents, families, and team members.
