Job summary

Elegance-Living in Ohio is seeking a dining room service team member. You will support a positive customer service culture under the Dining Room Manager, take beverage and food orders, and deliver and reset tables.

You will help maintain guest satisfaction, resolve dining challenges before service ends, and foster teamwork with coworkers, residents, and visitors. Additional duties may be assigned as needed to ensure smooth meal service.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering friendly customer service in a dining setting.
• Ability to work under supervision and in a team.
• Familiarity with sanitation standards and safety practices.

• Take and deliver beverage and food orders; clear, clean, sanitize, and reset tables.

Job description

Support the development of a positive customer service culture in the dining room under the direction of the Dining Room Manger or Director, Food Service.

Take beverage and food orders, deliver food and beverage orders, clear, clean, sanitize, and reset tables.

Make every expected effort to maintain customer satisfaction. Resolve dining challenges with a customer before the conclusion of the meal service.

Foster teamwork with co-workers, show initiative in overcoming obstacles, take actions which assist others beyond job responsibilities, and have a positive impact on co-workers, residents, and visitors.

Perform other duties as assigned or needed.
