Job summary

The Moorings of Arlington Heights is seeking a part-time Wait Staff member to join our dining team. This role involves serving meals and beverages, using a tablet for order taking, and maintaining clean, inviting dining spaces for residents and guests.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of serving/waitstaff experience.
• Serve Safe Food handlers preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned tasks before, during, and after dining room operations, including menu review and side jobs.
• Serve food and beverages in the proper sequence.
• Utilize a tablet for order taking with accuracy.
• Maintain knowledge of meals offered and adhere to dietary modifications as needed.
• Keep tables neat and clean, promptly removing soiled dishes and resetting tables uniformly.
• Work cooperatively with co-workers and supervisors, addressing any complaints or unsafe conditions.
