Job summary

PM Hotel Group in Honolulu seeks a Regional Director of Marketing to lead the marketing strategy for a premier Waikiki portfolio. Based in Waikiki, you will drive revenue, brand presence, and guest engagement across luxury properties.

You will oversee digital marketing, partnerships, promotions, and cross-functional collaboration with sales, revenue, and operations, ensuring each hotel's plan aligns with market goals and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of hotel marketing experience, with emphasis on independent, luxury, and lifestyle properties.
• Proven success in digital marketing: SEM, SEO, metasearch, and social media tactics.
• Experience onboarding new builds and repositioning hotels.
• In-market experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for a portfolio of hotels to achieve revenue targets.
• Manage digital marketing including website, SEO, SEM, metasearch, and social media campaigns.
• Design and implement promotions, partnerships, events, and campaigns to drive revenue.
• Collaborate with revenue, sales, and operations teams to align strategies.
