Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• No prior work experience required.
• Desirable bilingual ability in Spanish and English.
• Ability to review and organize information, conduct basic research using laws and policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist with investigations of employer practices to determine compliance with wage and labor standards.
• Review payroll and time records to identify potential violations and assist with wage calculations.
• Prepare case documentation and investigative summaries under supervision.
• Provide basic information on wage and labor standards laws to employers and employees.
• Communicate professionally with stakeholders to obtain information and respond to inquiries.
• Prepare investigative notes, reports, and correspondence documenting interviews and site visits.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
