Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution in New York City seeks a Plaintiff Wage & Hour Associate to drive wage-and-hour class actions and complex litigation. Hybrid schedule in Lower Manhattan with growth across a national platform.

The ideal candidate has NY Bar admission and 2–4 years of civil litigation experience, including discovery, motions, depositions, and trial preparation. Strong writing and advocacy skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Two to four years of civil litigation experience required.
• Courtroom appearance and oral advocacy experience.
• Strong legal writing and case-management skills.
• Ability to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Handle plaintiff-side wage-and-hour and employment class actions.
• Manage matters through discovery, motion practice and trial preparation.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs and discovery documents.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Conduct oral arguments and appear in state and federal court.
• Assist with evidentiary hearings, mediation and trial preparation.
• Work closely with senior attorneys on complex, high-value litigation.
