Incendia Partners in Seattle is seeking attorneys at all experience levels to handle Wage-and-Hour class actions. The firm maintains a Seattle office and is open to candidates who would prefer hybrid work, with in‑office collaboration at least twice a week, while fully remote options are also considered.

Candidates must be admitted to the Washington Bar and possess strong legal research, writing, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Strong legal research, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage cases and deadlines independently, with team support.
• Wage-and-Hour or class action experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Handle plaintiff-side Wage-and-Hour class action litigation.
• Manage cases from investigation through discovery, mediation, and resolution.
• Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents.
• Take and defend depositions; participate in hearings and settlements.
• Develop case strategy and communicate with clients.
• Senior/lead attorneys may mentor junior attorneys.
