Qualifications

• Must have knowledge of semiconductor wafer manufacturing processes.
• Experience with Six Sigma and Lean is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent production of high-quality wafers.
• Monitor tooling performance and resolve processing issues.
• Train and certify lower-level operators.

Skills

Knowledge of semiconductor wafer manufacturing processes

Knowledge of Statistical Process Control systems

Ability to extract and present process data

Knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing Principles
