Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of related wafer manufacturing experience.
• Experience applying SPC, data analysis, and problem solving to yield improvements.
• Ability to read tool logs and interpret KPIV data for troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Analyze tool and wafer data using SPC and statistics to determine next steps.
• Troubleshoot processes with structured problem solving and data interpretation.
• Support engineering with trials, documentation, and escalation as needed.
• Provide training to technicians and document improvements for knowledge transfer.
• Ensure health and safety policies are followed across shifts.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive yield improvements and cycle‑time reductions.
