Job summary

NXP Semiconductors is seeking a Device/Process Integration Engineer for first shift, full-time in an advanced semiconductor environment. You will own products from substrate through wafer test, drive yield improvements, and support NPI initiatives, working closely with product engineering to introduce new devices into manufacturing.

Qualifications

BS degree in Electrical or Chemical engineering or similar science field.
MS preferred.
Experience in device or process engineering.
DOE and SPC experience.
Proficiency with Excel, JMP, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Own product/part from starting substrate through wafer test.
Sustain, disposition, troubleshooting, yield enhancement, and New Product Introduction.
Lead cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing efficiencies, product quality, and contain/resolve factory excursions.
Present issues and solutions to cross functional audiences.
Provide innovative, real time, quick response, and solutions to operational issues to help maintain manufacturing requirements.
