Job summary

Raxium in Fremont, California is seeking a fabrication operator to support semiconductor manufacturing operations. The role requires an associate degree or equivalent industry experience, and at least 2 years in a fabrication environment, with MES and dispatch systems experience.

You must be able to work non-standard hours, including holidays and shifts. Preferred candidates will have extended cleanroom time and familiarity with photolithography, etch, thin films, epitaxy, or metrology.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent industry experience.
• 2 years of experience as a fabrication operator in a semiconductor or microelectronics manufacturing environment.
• 1 year of experience with Manufacturing Execution System (MES), dispatch systems, and reporting equipment malfunctions or process deviations.
• Ability to work non-standard hours, including holidays and on shift-based schedules as required.

Responsibilities

• 5 years of experience as a fabrication operator in a semiconductor or microelectronics manufacturing environment, demonstrating a strong track record of reliability and proficiency.
• Experience with working extended periods of time in the cleanroom environment.
• Experience with the following semiconductor processes: photolithography, etch, thin films, epitaxy, or metrology.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling clear and concise reporting and collaboration within the team.
• Excellent attention to detail and precision in executing complex operational procedures and monitoring critical process parameters.
