Qualifications

• Experience as an operator in wafer or thin film fab is a plus.
• Able to work in a team and adapt to multiple process areas.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise technical instructions.
• Solid basic math skills and measurement tool familiarity.
• Good communication and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual inspection of wafers/chips before and after processing.
• Identify malfunctioning equipment and submit maintenance requests.
• Complete all logbooks and forms related to processing.
• Maintain clean work area and promote workplace safety.
• Learn and support multiple process areas to meet daily production goals.
