Job summary

MSR-FSR, LLC is seeking a Wafer Care Technician Level 1 in Santa Clara to support wafer handling and FOUP operations in a cleanroom environment. You will perform transfer tasks between FOUP and FOSB, manage FOUP labeling, and maintain AMHS system links, while following safe work practices and quality standards.

The role includes various swing shifts (2pm–10:30pm, Mon-Fri or Thu-Sun) with a 10% shift premium.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1-2 years mechanical or electrical experience preferred.
• Ability to read and understand technical procedures.
• Ability to effectively communicate information to supervisors and managers.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Lot start services: transfer wafer from FOSB to FOUP.
• Lot finish services: transfer wafer from FOUP to FOSB, vacuum seal for delivery.
• FOUP induction: wash FOUP, create FOUP ID and bar code, link to AMHS.
• Maintain cleaning program for FOUPs on AMHS.
• Process requests on TME DB from lab users: packaging and materials.
• Maintain FOUP Overflow program: update tracking list.
• Clean and reuse empty FOSB/Cassette/SWS.
• Inspect and reuse safety glasses.
• Collect and ship unwanted wafers to reclaim (B21).
• Maintain and process requests on WFM program.
• Other tasks assigned by management.
