MSR-FSR in Santa Clara, CA is seeking a Wafer Care Technician Level 1 to perform wafer transfers, FOUP induction, cleaning, and related duties on AMHS and WFM systems.

The role requires 1-2 years of mechanical or electrical experience, High School diploma or GED, and the ability to read procedures; shifts include days and swing; benefits include Health Care Plan, 401K, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of mechanical or electrical experience preferred.
• Ability to read and understand technical procedures.
• Ability to communicate effectively with supervision and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Transfer wafers between FOSB and FOUP and manage deliveries.
• Induct FOUPs: wash, ID, barcode label, and AMHS association.
• Maintain cleaning program for FOUPs and FOSB on AMHS.
• Process requests on TME DB for packaging and materials.
• Maintain FOUP Overflow tracking and reuse of devices.
• Inspect and reuse safety glasses; collect unwanted wafers for reclaim.
