Louisiana State University is seeking a Receptionist for University College. This fixed-term, wage-based role will manage the front desk, respond to inquiries, and coordinate with students, faculty, and visitors to ensure smooth daily operations.
You will handle scheduling, provide general information on advising services, and support departmental communications while maintaining confidentiality of student records.

The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for University College, providing exceptional customer service to students, faculty, staff, parents, and campus visitors. This position manages front desk operations, responds to inquiries, triages student questions to the appropriate resources, provides administrative support for departmental communications, and assists with operational projects that support the daily functions of the college.

Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma and two years of experience in customer service, administrative support, reception, or office operations.
