Job summary

The Jonus Group is seeking a Washington Workers' Compensation Claims professional to join their dynamic team in Seattle. You will manage Workers' Comp claims in Washington, conduct investigations, coordinate with medical and legal teams, and communicate updates to claimants and insurers.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of WA indemnity claims experience, an active WA Adjuster's license, and proficiency with claims software and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• WA Adjuster's license, required for the role.
• Knowledge of Washington state workers' compensation laws and practices.

As a key member of their Claims department, you will not only be responsible for managing their Workers Comp Claims in Washington, but you will also be a key member of the team in building strong customer relationships, providing strong customer service, and ensuring timely and fair resolution for all parties involved.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and process Washington workers' compensation claims in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct thorough investigations to determine the validity of claims.
• Collaborate with medical professionals, legal teams, and other stakeholders to gather relevant information.
• Communicate effectively with claimants, employers, and insurance providers to provide updates and address inquiries.
• Negotiate settlements and manage litigation when necessary.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, legal changes, and best practices in workers' compensation.

Qualifications
