Job summary

Rula is expanding its Washington network of licensed clinicians and offers 1099 contract roles with complete schedule autonomy and no minimum caseload. Providers can focus on client care while Rula handles billing, claims, and EHR support.

Compensation is $80 per hourly session (53 minutes) with biweekly direct deposit and protection for no-shows and late cancellations. A valid WA license and NPI are required for telehealth.

Qualifications

• Must hold one of the licensure types: LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC.
• Valid NPI number.
• Licensed to practice in Washington state.
• Must be able to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Conduct telehealth sessions with clients.
• Maintain compliant session notes and documentation.
• Coordinate with Rula for billing and EHR-related tasks.
