Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed providers in Washington, inviting LMFTs, LICSWs and LMHCs to join as 1099 contractors with schedule autonomy and no minimum caseloads. Sessions are conducted via telehealth, with compensation of $80 per hourly session (53 minutes).

Providers receive direct biweekly deposits, protection for no-shows and cancellations, and dedicated support. You decide how many clients to see and when, while Rula handles billing and admin tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
• Valid NPI
• Must be licensed in Washington
• Must be able to provide telehealth
