Job summary

Rula is expanding its licensed provider network in Washington to deliver high-quality behavioral health care through telehealth. Therapists will work as 1099 contractors with full session autonomy and no minimum caseloads, while Rula handles billing, claims, and EHR support.

Providers must be licensed in WA (LMFT/LICSW/LMHC) with an active NPI and be able to offer telehealth. A $20 in-person session pay bump is available for in-office sessions where applicable.

Qualifications

• Must hold LMFT/LICSW or LMHC license to practice in WA.
• Valid NPI number.
• Licensed to practice in Washington and able to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth therapy sessions to WA clients and referrals.
• Coordinate credentialing and enrollment with insurers through Rula.
• Manage session notes; billing and claims handled by Rula; you focus on care.
