GlobalPoint HC is seeking a Staff Registered Nurse (RN) to oversee dialysis delivery and patient care at Puget Sound Kidney Centers. The RN will educate patients, supervise Dialysis Technicians, adjust treatment plans per standing orders, and collaborate with social workers, dietitians, and nephrologists to improve patient outcomes.

This chronic, in-center position covers multiple clinics on the peninsula, including Anacortes, Whidbey Island, and Smokey Point, with flexible shifts

The Staff Registered Nurse (RN) will oversee the delivery of dialysis and the care of patients at Puget Sound Kidney Centers (PSKC). The RN will be responsible for providing education to patients, supervising Dialysis Technicians, adjusting treatment plans per standing orders, care plans, monitoring the patient s outcomes, administer medications, participating in quality improvement projects, and collaborating with other members of the patient s care team (social worker, dietitians, and nephrologist). This is a chronic, in-center position that would cover our peninsula locations, working any day Monday - Saturday. Full position description is attached.

*Please be aware that this position will cover multiple clinic locations. Mainly cover Anacortes, Whidbey Island, and occasionally Smokey Point.

Licensure & Certification

• Must have a current Registered Nurse (RN) license from the WA State Board of Nursing or Multi-State Compact Nurse license.


• Current certification of Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) with a Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers card with American Heart Association.

Experience

• Minimum 1 year nursing experience.


• Previous Dialysis experience, required.


• Prior experience in Acute or Ambulatory Nursing preferred.

Location & Hours

Will be scheduled to cover 3 PSKCs clinic locations, Anacortes, Whidbey Island, and Smokey Point.

Must be able to work any shift (AM/PM) schedule depending upon staffing/operational needs.
