Job summary

Puget Sound Kidney Centers (PSKC) is seeking an experienced dialysis Registered Nurse (RN) to oversee the delivery of dialysis and patient care at our Anacortes clinic. You will educate patients, supervise Dialysis Technicians, and adjust treatment plans per standing orders while monitoring outcomes.

Requirements include an active WA RN license or Compact license, current CPR/BLS, and dialysis experience preferred.

Qualifications

Must have a current Registered Nurse (RN) license from the WA State Board of Nursing or Multistate Nurse Compact.
Degree from an accredited school of nursing.
Current CPR/BLS certification with American Heart Association.
Hemodialysis or Peritoneal dialysis experience preferred.
Prior Acute or Ambulatory Nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee delivery of dialysis and patient care.
Educate patients and supervise Dialysis Technicians.
Adjust treatment plans per standing orders and monitor patient outcomes.
Administer medications as prescribed and participate in quality improvement projects.
Collaborate with social workers, Dietitians, and nephrologists to support patient care.
