Shamrock Roofing & Construction in Lee's Summit, MO is seeking a Roofing Sales Specialist to join our outdoor, fast-paced team. This full-time W-2 role offers a base salary of $50,000 plus uncapped commission and a proven path to six figures through performance.

You’ll help homeowners protect and improve their properties, enjoy a flexible schedule with a company truck and gas card, and participate in a thorough training program.

Compensation

• Base Salary: $50,000 (W2 position)
• Commission: Uncapped earning potential
• Average Earnings: $100,000+ annually
