Job summary

Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs is seeking a supervisor to oversee distribution, collection, and water/wastewater operations. The role ensures the successful operation of all WWW crews and facilities to meet required Federal and State requirements.

The position emphasizes scheduling, communications, and supervisory responsibilities, with a focus on compliance and efficient daily operations in a tribal utility setting.

Qualifications

• Valid Oregon Driver's License and must be insurable by CTWS.
• Pass a criminal background check with Federal, Tribal and State Law Enforcement and pre-employment alcohol and drug screening.
• Strong scheduling, communications and supervisory skills are highly desired.

Supervise all distribution crews, collection crews, water treatment plant operators and wastewater treatment plant operators. Responsible for the successful operation of all WWW crews and facilities to meet required Federal & State Requirements.

Requirements

• Valid Oregon Drivers License and must be insurable by CTWS.
• Pass a criminal background check with Federal, Tribal and State Law Enforcement and pre-employment alcohol and drug screening.
• Reports directly to the PUD GM.
• Strong scheduling,, communications and supervisory skills are highly desired.
