New agents can start earning quickly, typically around $60,000+ in the first year, with top producers earning six figures or more.

The numbers

New agents typically earn $60,000+ in their first year, and top producers earn six figures or more. How quickly you start earning is up to you: the more you commit, the faster you'll see results. Startup costs are low: about $150 for state licensing and about $35 a month for E&O insurance. This is a 1099, commission-only role with no base salary, so your income grows with the work you put in.
