Jim Ellis Volkswagen Chamblee in Georgia is seeking a results-oriented Sales Representative. You will listen to clients, guide them through the vehicle buying process, and pair buyers with the right car while building lasting relationships.

We offer a $50,000–$125,000 yearly salary based on performance, weekly pay, monthly bonuses, employee discounts, 5-day work week with Sundays off, and robust benefits including health, 401k, paid holidays, and training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License with clean driving record.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive and outgoing personality with high energy.
• Eagerness and drive to succeed.
• Strong work ethic with an upbeat positive attitude.
• Previous sales experience is a plus (automotive not required).

Responsibilities

• Listen and guide clients through their vehicle purchasing process.
• Match clients with the vehicle that reflects their needs.
• Build a lasting relationship with the client.
• Complete and organize proper paperwork for Sales and Finance Managers.
• Have knowledge of proper vehicle inventory.
