Responsibilities:

1. Execute basic diagnostic and repair work on all aspects of the Volkswagen product line while under the supervision of our shop foreman.
2. Perform basic maintenance and safety inspections on a wide variety of vehicles.
3. Work independently and as a team to drive maximum repair efficiency.
4. Participate with a collaborative, inclusive, and respectful attitude in an ever-changing dynamic environment.
5. Consistently and concisely detail and document repairs.
6. Inspect and maintain shop equipment and request replacements as required.

Qualifications:

1. Prior VW/Audi technician experience REQUIRED.
2. Knowledge of shop equipment.
3. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
4. Deadline and detail-oriented.
5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
6. Ability to operate an automobile with a valid driver's license + clean drug screening.
