Job summary

Hendrick Volkswagen of Concord in North Carolina is seeking experienced Automotive Technicians focused on the VW/VAG platform. You will diagnose and repair VW vehicles using ODIS and OEM tools, with a strong emphasis on precision and quality.

The role offers a flat-rate pay model starting at $90,000+ per year, with paid factory training, comprehensive health benefits, and ongoing development within a high-performance team.

Qualifications

• Proven dealership technician experience — VW or Audi certification strongly preferred.
• Volkswagen, Audi, or similar European brand dealership experience highly desirable.
• Familiarity with ODIS service diagnostic software and VAG platform systems.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair Volkswagen vehicles using ODIS and advanced OEM diagnostic tools.
• Perform complex repairs across VW systems — engine, transmission, electrical, ADAS, and powertrain.
• Conduct thorough inspections, alignments, and maintenance to manufacturer standards.
• Work with complex automotive electrical systems and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
• Interpret VW technical schematics, TSBs, and repair manuals accurately.
• Communicate clearly with service advisors and customers on repair status and recommendations.
• Maintain accurate repair records and document all services performed.
• Maintain CSI scores at or above company standards.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area.
• Participate in required VW factory training and stay current on brand updates.
