Job summary

New Century Volkswagen in Glendale, CA is hiring experienced Certified Volkswagen Technicians for Heavy-Line and Master Technician roles in a fast-paced service shop. You will perform advanced diagnostics and major repairs, diagnose and repair VW vehicles, and use ODIS and factory procedures to ensure quality service.

Base pay starts at $33.80/hour with competitive escalation based on experience and certification level.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of Heavy-Line or Master Technician experience.
• Volkswagen factory certification preferred; strong Volkswagen repair experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, inspect, maintain, and repair Volkswagen vehicles according to manufacturer specifications and repair procedures.
• Perform advanced diagnostics and major repairs, including engine, transmission, and electrical systems.
• Utilize Volkswagen factory diagnostic tools, including ODIS, to identify and resolve complex vehicle concerns.
• Interpret diagnostic results and technical information to determine appropriate repairs.
• Accurately document work performed and complete repair orders.
• Communicate repair findings, recommendations, and repair status with Service Advisors.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following dealership procedures.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
