Job summary

Five Star Breaktime Solutions is seeking a Location Attendant to represent the company in client breakrooms. You will ensure products are fully stocked, fresh, and attractively displayed while upholding company standards.

This role emphasizes attention to detail, customer relations, and consistent, high-quality service across multiple locations. The position involves rotating stock, restocking beverages, snacks, and coffee, and maintaining clean, organized spaces to enhance the customer

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Consent to drug screening and pre-employment background check.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to lift, bend, stoop, and reach during shift.

Responsibilities

• Restock and display beverages, coffee products, snacks, fresh food, condiments, and sundries in client breakrooms per plan‑ogram and promotions.
• Rotate stock in coolers, shelves, coffee racks, and vending machines using FIFO.
• Inspect and remove items near or past best‑by dates before each visit.
• Clean and maintain coffee/ vending stations and surrounding floors.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and escalate maintenance, theft, vandalism, or shortages to management.
• Provide frontline customer service by listening to and resolving client complaints.

We are seeking a Location Attendant to represent Five Star across client breakrooms by ensuring products are fully stocked, fresh, and beautifully displayed. You'll be the face of Five Star — keeping breakrooms stocked with the snacks, drinks, and coffee products that fuel our customers' days while upholding the standards that set Five Star apart.

Monday - Friday 1:00p – 9:00p

Key Responsibilities

Rotate between client breakrooms to restock and properly display beverages, coffee products, snacks, fresh food, condiments, and sundries in accordance with company plan-o-gram and promotional standards.

Replenish and rotate stock across coolers, shelves, coffee racks, and vending machines following first-in, first-out (FIFO) procedures in both client locations and storerooms.

Inspect and remove products that are at or approaching their best- by date prior to each service visit.

Clean and maintain coffee machines, vending machines, and surrounding stations, including floors; empty coffee grounds and filters regular

Troubleshoot equipment issues and escalation maintenance needs, theft, vandalism, or inventory shortages to management.

Provide frontline customer service by actively listening to and resolving client complaints.

Required Qualifications

High school diploma/ GED.

Must be able to consent to a drug screen and pre-employment background check.

Must be able to lift 50 pounds.

Ability to lift, bend,stoop, and reach throughout the shift.

Preferred Qualifications

Merchandising experience.
