Job summary

Five Star Breaktime Solutions is seeking a Location Attendant to represent the brand in client breakrooms across Lookout Valley, TN. You will ensure products are stocked, fresh, and well displayed, delivering friendly service.

The role emphasizes attentiveness, cleanliness, and FIFO inventory practices, with schedule Thursday - Sunday 6:00a – 2:00p. This entry-level position offers growth opportunities and a chance to support Feeding the Future charity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must consent to drug screen and pre-employment background check.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to lift, bend, stoop, and reach throughout shift.

Responsibilities

• Restock and display beverages, coffee products, snacks, fresh foods, condiments, and sundries per plan-o-gram and promos.
• Replenish stock across coolers, shelves, coffee racks, and vending machines using FIFO.
• Inspect and remove items near or past best-by date before each visit.
• Clean and maintain coffee machines, vending machines, and surrounding areas.

We are seeking a Location Attendant to represent Five Star across client breakrooms by ensuring products are fully stocked, fresh, and beautifully displayed. This role is ideal for detail-oriented individuals who take pride in maintaining clean, well-organized spaces, building strong customer relationships, and delivering consistent, high-quality service. You'll be the face of Five Star — keeping breakrooms stocked with the snacks, drinks, and coffee products that fuel our customers' days while upholding the standards that set Five Star apart.

Thursday - Sunday 6:00a – 2:00p

Key Responsibilities

• Rotate between client breakrooms to restock and properly display beverages, coffee products, snacks, fresh food, condiments, and sundries in accordance with company plan-o-gram and promotional standards.
• Replenish and rotate stock across coolers, shelves, coffee racks, and vending machines following first-in, first-out (FIFO) procedures in both client locations and storerooms.
• Inspect and remove products that are at or approaching their best- by date prior to each service visit.
• Clean and maintain coffee machines, vending machines, and surrounding stations, including floors; empty coffee grounds and filters regularly.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and escape maintenance needs, theft, vandalism, or inventory shortages to management.
• Provide frontline customer service by actively listening to and resolving client complaints.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma/ GED.

Preferred Qualifications

• Merchandising experience.
