Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a data-driven professional to plan and coordinate delivery of vulnerability governance initiatives. This role involves compiling data, analyzing findings, and providing end-to-end visibility on deliverables with risk and compliance insight.

You will partner with Vulnerability Governance teams, Production Services, and Infrastructure to drive remediation and ensure alignment with project objectives and timelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ Years’ experience in data compilation, analysis and presentation.
• Expert skills in Excel / Power Query, Tableau, Alteryx.
• Production Support / Development experience in vulnerability management and patching.
• Program / Project Management.

Responsibilities

• Leads and coordinates routines to support delivery (kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates).
• Manages coordination of delivery and dependencies across multiple teams.
• Facilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to support deliverable completion and timeline.
• Provides status updates for deliverables to stakeholders and leadership regarding delivery, risks, issues and schedule.
• Works with sponsors to ensure execution aligns with deliverable requirements.
• Supports resource planning for delivery and execution.
• Ensures adherence with Enterprise Change Management standards.
• Oversees vulnerability remediation governance across the enterprise.
• Partners with Production Services and Infrastructure teams to drive remediation with clear book-of-work insights.
• Utilizes data sources to analyze prioritized, aged, and high-volume findings.
