Description

Our client is currently seeking a Vulnerability Management Senior Analyst to work remotely. Candidates residing in California will be highly preferred.

We are looking for a Vulnerability Management Senior Analyst with strong vulnerability management experience, analytical skills, and excellent communication skills to build relationships and work with engineers to streamline processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct vulnerability assessments by scanning systems and networks for security weaknesses.
• Analyze and prioritize vulnerabilities, evaluating severity and determining remediation actions.
• Develop and implement remediation plans in collaboration with IT teams.
• Monitor vulnerability trends and report findings to management.
• Validate vulnerabilities across servers, desktops/laptops, networks, IoT, and cloud environments.
• Stay updated on the latest security threats and vulnerabilities.

Skills

• Technical proficiency with vulnerability management tools like Tenable, Nessus, Qualys, Rapid7, Splunk, Axonius, and Microsoft Azure.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and identify patterns.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail in identifying and addressing security issues.

Experience
