Job summary

TikTok USDS Joint Venture LLC is seeking a Vulnerability Management expert to lead the identification, prioritization, and remediation of security flaws across cloud environments and corporate infrastructure. This role drives a risk-based program to secure the foundations of USDS.

The team emphasizes establishing patch SLAs, automating remediation, and providing guidance on complex exceptions. The successful candidate will oversee VM tooling and integrate findings into Jira and GRC platforms,

Qualifications

• 5+ years in cybersecurity with leadership of vulnerability management or security operations.
• Hands-on OCI security including OCI IAM, VCNs, and Compute.
• Proficiency with Wiz and Qualys VMDR/Policy Compliance.
• Knowledge of NIST 800-53, ISO 27001, CIS Benchmarks as applied to vulnerability/configuration management.
• Ability to write scripts to automate data export or interact with security tool APIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead VM function for USDS across Cloud and Office Infrastructure.
• Perform agentless Wiz scans and analyze Security Graph for toxic combinations and misconfigurations.
• Manage deployment and tuning of Qualys VMDR for endpoints, servers, and office network devices.
• Prioritize risks by correlating vulnerability data with threat intel and business context.
• Coordinate patching SLAs with SRE/IT/Engineering and automate remediation workflows.
• Oversee security posture of office networks, firewalls, Wi-Fi controllers, and IoT devices.
• Define and report key risk metrics (MTTR, scan coverage, patch compliance) for leadership and auditors.
• Act as primary administrator for VM toolset and integrate findings into Jira and GRC.
