Qualifications

• 4+ years in Incident Management, Production Support, or SRE in a large SaaS/cloud env.
• Strong cloud concepts and microservices architecture understanding.
• Experience configuring alerts with Grafana, Splunk, Prometheus, or NR.
• Ability to write Bash/Python scripts for automation of tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; translate tech issues to business impact.
• Knowledge of ITIL or DevOps incident response practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end response for high-severity incidents across cross-functional teams.
• Craft timely updates for internal stakeholders, executives, and customer teams.
• Facilitate blameless post-mortems with actionable remediation items.
• Create real-time dashboards showing system health, incident trends, and metrics.
• Analyze incident data to reduce MTTD and MTTR.
• Manage incident rotation, playbooks, and escalation paths for SRE.
• Refine alert thresholds to reduce fatigue and improve actionability.
• Design automated workflows for incident response and communications.
• On-call coverage: Sunday-Thursday 5 PM PT to 2 AM PT; 24x5x365.
