Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years related work experience in vulnerability management or security risk.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Experience using CVSS or similar vulnerability rating frameworks.
• Experience automating security processes and working with scripting
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with ability to influence stakeholders.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with limited oversight.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prioritize, and manage vulnerabilities across hybrid Vanguard infrastructure.
• Collaborate with SOC, Threat Intel, and engineering teams to refine remediation workflows.
• Automate vulnerability management tasks to improve detection and response.
• Investigate false-positives and risk-acceptance requests.
• Support zero-day response with rapid reporting and containment strategies.
• Tune scanning tools to improve visibility and meet security objectives.
• Drive continuous process improvements and automation across the VM lifecycle.
