Qualifications

• Vulnerability management procedures and controls knowledge.
• Strong technical writing and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and client teams to resolve incidents, perform root cause analyses and document preventive recommendations.
• Evaluate client IT infrastructure, prepare assessment reports, and support due diligence to document maturity and opportunities.
• Design scalable, cost-effective IT infrastructure solutions and develop technical documentation for deployed systems.
• Coordinate deployments, post-deployment testing, and change tracking.
