Job summary

Infosys is seeking an Infrastructure Consultant 2 in the Reston, VA area to collaborate with internal and client teams on incident resolution, infrastructure assessments, and secure, scalable design of IT environments. The role emphasizes release management, deployment execution, and post-deployment validation within a demanding, security-focused landscape.

Ideal candidates will have strong DevSecOps familiarity, experience with CI/CD tools, and knowledge of AWS/Azure/GCP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years progressive experience in lieu of every year of education.
• Location may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
• Candidates authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship are welcome; visa sponsorship is not provided by Infosys for this role.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and client teams to resolve complex incidents and document findings with preventive recommendations.
• Evaluate client IT infrastructure, prepare actionable assessment reports, and support due diligence for infrastructure maturity improvements.
• Design scalable, cost-effective IT infrastructure solutions; review components and develop documentation for deployed systems.
• Align release schedules, ensure environment readiness, execute deployments, and perform post-deployment testing.
