Results Driven Recruiter - Matching Top Talent with Innovative Companies

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Chief Architect, CTO, and team members to implement features that meet customer needs and business goals.
• Ensure WCAG compliance across platforms and screen sizes to provide an accessible user experience.
• Work with backend technologies, including Ruby on Rails and Action Cable, to integrate front-end features with the backend.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security using tools like New Relic and various scanning tools.
• Use Docker for containerized development and deployment processes.
• Collaborate with the team using tools like GitHub, JIRA, and JetBrains IDEs to manage code repositories, tasks, and development workflows.
• Participate in secure development practices compliant with NIST800-53 and SOC2 standards.
• Debug and resolve issues using tools like TeamCity, Acunetix, Syft, and Defender.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and workflows.
• Maintain software including SBOM, End of Life replacement, bug fixing, WCAG compliance, respond to customer requests and library management.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience working with responsive design frameworks like Bootstrap and icon libraries like Font Awesome.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices, including WCAG compliance.
• Familiarity with containerization using Docker.
• All our platforms are Redhat EL or Rocky Linux: so Linux experience is a requirement.
• Proficient in using development tools like GitHub, JIRA, and JetBrains IDEs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a small team environment.
